Until now, it was possible to generate SEPA payment files. Our royalty payment software now also supports international bank transfers, making it easier to pay beneficiaries located outside the SEPA zone.

How to Make International Payments with Crealo
Step 1: Configure Your Beneficiaries' Banking Details
From a beneficiary's profile, enter their bank country and payment information.
Crealo automatically detects the banking format associated with the selected country and validates the information entered.
Step 2: Access the Payments Tab
Once royalties have been calculated, go to the Payments tab and click Download Payment File.
Crealo automatically analyzes all beneficiaries marked with the For Transfer status and determines the appropriate payment method. The platform distinguishes between SEPA transfers and international transfers.
Step 3: Review Beneficiaries to Be Paid
Before generating the payment files, our royalty payment solution displays a summary of the beneficiaries concerned:
- Beneficiaries with valid banking details;
- Beneficiaries whose banking information requires updating;
- Beneficiaries with invalid banking details.
You can correct or complete the information directly from this interface without leaving the export process.
💡 Beneficiaries with incomplete or invalid banking details are automatically excluded from payment files and retain the Unpaid status.
