How often do I need to update my data in Crealo?

You choose the update frequency. We recommend importing your sales files monthly (in CSV format), but the schedule can be adjusted to suit your needs and practices.

How long is my data stored on Crealo?

You remain the full owner of your data. It is stored for as long as you wish and can be exported at any time. Regular backups are performed to ensure its security and integrity.
